Being a thrifty mom she’s at her local New York City thrift shop looking, I guess, for some bargain clothes. It looks nice. Very well stocked. And as she is videoing along the isle, she notices an attractive vintage fur hat. Cool. She went to try it on and it woke up. Her heart was in her mouth 😂.

This is not quite a ginger tabby bodega cat as that term is used to describe a NYC cat living in a corner deli-type shop. But I think we can extend bodega cat to include thrift shop cats.

I love this cat. He is right at home. It is his home. He’s male as nearly all marmalade cats are male as their coat is gender-linked.
