Go onto YouTube and you’ll see too many frightened dogs waiting for human love. Waiting for a kind person. A gentle hand. No abuse. No neglect, just treatment that is owed to them is all that they are waiting for. This video sums it up. An abandoned dog desperately wants a human to look after him, to guide him and lead him. So, he runs towards the car which has stopped. When he gets there, he is terrified. He’s probably been abused or lost his socialisation. The woman is great. She is patient and the dog’s great need for human leadership and companionship overcomes his fear. He melts and through exhaustion falls asleep in the car as she drives him to her home and to a better life.
