Ceaser Emanuel is a famous founder of the Black Ink tattoo franchise and a successful reality show series in the United States. Allegedly, he has been captured on a neighbour’s Ring security camera and doorbell (but see below) as I understand it, abusing his dog by hitting the animal with a folding chair. Note: ‘Ceaser’ is spelled in various ways usually as Caesar normally but for this guy the ‘e’ precedes the ‘a’. Also, the last ‘e’ can sometimes be an ‘a’ so I have no idea how to spell his name 😎.

It is not a great video in terms of quality which is a good thing but it conveys the message. This is currently an allegation as he has not been charged, tried and convicted but the video evidence is pretty convincing.
Donna Lombardi, a former Black Ink Crew star, has demanded that he is charged by the police. She said: “If you can treat a dog like this, it shows how sick of a person you truly are. I don’t even get into the life of this man, but this video made me so upset. Anyone who knows me, know I LOVE animals. Especially dogs”, to her 2 million Instagram followers.
The video on TikTok by Krissy Clemons provides further information. As you hear in the video, he has also been involved in “domestic troubles” including in January 2021 when he was accused by his daughter Cheyenne of beating her. This was substantiated by his ex-girlfriend, Crystal Torres, Cheyenne’s mother.

Ceasar filed a civil lawsuit claiming defamation against him causing the loss of sponsorships and the temporary cessation of the filming of the Blacking Crew reality show.
Ceasar (or Ceasar – both are used on the internet) has apologised for the dog abuse incident. He said that he was breaking up a fight between dogs until one of them attacked him as reported on Baller Alert. He claimed that he has been set up. In an interview with TMZ he said that he came home to the dogs in a fight and he had to break it up but one of the dogs attacked him. He said that he was scared and had to attempt to ‘back the dog down’. He also said the video comes from his security camera which makes him believe that he was set up as the video was taken by someone and published online.
