Vet gives shelter dog a second chance after he survived euthanasia

Shelter dog Rudolph was euthanised but the dog woke up.

Rudolph, a 7 to 8 month old black dog, survived being euthanized by a veterinarian. The veterinarian refused to try to kill him again so he survived and Rudolph is now up for adoption. He is at the Kings Harvest Pet Rescue No Kill Shelter on 563 386 3117 (this is a USA number).

There is a question mark over why a young, healthy dog was slated for killing other than the place is full. Sad really.

He is at that shelter and if anybody is interested in a very lucky dog then please contact them except on Sundays and Thursdays. Is obviously very rare for a dog to survive euthanasia. This dog was healthy and he was only earmarked for euthanasia because the shelter was overcrowded. That is quite a common situation in America.
