There is a person, probably a man, who is going around Elmbridge district in Surrey in the UK chopping down trees at night with a chainsaw. He has chopped down 60, some tall. The residents are distressed and the police are investigating. Why is he doing it? My suggestion is that it is a person who wanted to develop a plot but his application was refused because of a tree protection order. He is disgruntled and wants to get back at the community.
