Rocco a husky dog who was untrained and as a consequence dangerous

A court was going to make an order to destroy a husky dog because it was dangerously out of control but the public came to the rescue and the barrister for the defendant successfully argued that the dog should be rehabilitated at a rescue centre, retrained and then rehomed because the only reason why the dog was dangerous was because he had not undergone obedience training. That was an admission of failure by the owner who was handed down a suspended 12-month prison sentence.
