The Masters of Foxhounds Association punished Joss Hanbury, the senior hunt master for the Quorn Hunt in Leicestershire, for being in breach of their guidelines to not exercise hounds away from kennels. Mr Hanbury took the hounds on 30 minute drive to exercise them for a 70th birthday surprise. They said that he had harmed the reputation of foxhunting and that his actions were irresponsible.
