This is in Quezon City, Philippines. I must say the driver might have stopped sooner! Although it would be silly of me to criticise him. He adopted the dog at the end of the day. I hope the relationship lasts. It must last, to make this meaningful. I expect the dog knows the driver from a previous meeting. Cute video though.
