True or false that globalists are calling for people to have the right to marry animals? It’s on Twitter. A tweet by CBKNEWS121 states that the World Economic Forum (WEF) says that it is time to legalise sex and marriage with animals “to promote inclusiveness”. It looks like they are suggesting that marriage with animals would be the ultimate goal of the movement towards inclusiveness.
‘Inclusiveness’, as I understand it, means bringing into mainstream society those people who are considered to be outsiders. Society tends shun outsiders of all kinds because they are considered ‘dangerous’ by the mainstream. Humans are inherently fearful.
And the tweet goes on to state that the socialist government of Spain led by Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has changed the law on bestiality which was promoted by WEF member, Belarra Urteaga, Minister of Social Rights and Agenda 2030.
This, I believe is a reference to an amendment to the laws on bestiality in Spain which remarkably, although tightening up the law, opened the door to bestiality by saying that it can only be considered a crime if the animal is injured! I wrote about that with some astonishment – see below
And then the tweet quotes the following:
“According to them, bestiality is just another spectrum of trans pride. It’s no longer a slippery slope. We’re in a free fall off a cliff. The world elite is determined to destroy our civilization and everything we have built as a society.”
I’m not sure who wrote that. It is an extreme statement. It is probably exploiting Twitter to push a conspiracy theory agenda. There’s a lot of that. Twitter is too unregulated in my opinion. I am all for unregulated settings but there has to be some rules. There is too much that is wrong on Twitter.
Marriage is a contract. Animals can enter into contracts
The truth of the matter is that the World Economic Forum is not promoting marriage with animals or sex with animals. In fact, the idea of marriage to animals is ultimately absurd because marriage is a contract between two people. And an animal cannot agree to enter into a contract because they don’t have the mental capacity to do so. Therefore, legally marriage is impossible for an animal. It is a human concept.
Informal human-animal marriages are fine
That, however, does not prevent people entering into a marriage with an animal informally on their terms if it satisfies them. But it won’t be legally binding in a court of law of the country in which that person lives.
As to bestiality, apparently it happens quite a lot. It brings to mind a picture of a man in India having sex with a dog. It was captured by a passerby. Just another event in day-to-day life on the subcontinent.
Marrying pets
You don’t have to look far to see stories of people marrying their pet. For example, on the Metro.co.uk website there is an article dated 25 April 2022 entitled “Woman marries her cat to get round pet-hating landlords”.
Her objective was to prevent her landlord kicking her cat out of her flat. That, however, would not alter the legal status between herself and her landlord although it might encourage her landlord to be more sensitive to her desire to keep her cat with her.
Separately, The Sun reported on November 21, 2021, that a woman, Amanda Rodgers, decided to marry her dog Sheba in Split, Croatia with the service to be attended by 200 well-wishers. She just felt that her dog was such a big part of her life that she had to marry him.
And The Independent reported on October 11, 2017 that 43-year-old Wilhelmina Callaghan from Northern Ireland married her dog, Henry. We don’t know what kind of ceremony they performed and it doesn’t really matter as long as it satisfied Wilhelmina. There’s no harm in marrying your dog or cat. It may do some good. It may help cement the relationship. It may make the person happier. But it won’t be legal and it does not legally authorise the person to have sex with their companion animal! It would still be a crime.
Although the crime of bestiality must be largely unenforced anywhere in the world as it can take place in private.
